Pro Tips

Sanding Without the Sweat

A great finish starts long before the paint touches the wood. We always sand in three stages—starting rough to level the joints, then moving to medium, and finishing with a super-fine grit for that buttery texture.

Always wipe away the dust with a damp cloth between grits. If you paint over stray sawdust, the finish will feel like sandpaper instead of a clean, professional craft.
